Phillip is a real estate investor with an engineering degree from Ohio State University. He started buying properties in 2018 and quickly fell in love with long-term buy-and-hold residential real estate. Once his portfolio grew, managing the properties became the next hurdle. He couldn't find a property management company that was transparent about fees and property issues, knowledgeable about the Toledo market, had experience owning rental property, and maintained a great resident community. So, he continued to manage the properties himself, and soon friends and colleagues began asking Phillip to help manage their properties. Over the years, Phillip developed robust standard operating procedures, which allowed him to maximize his long-term rental portfolio. The lessons he learned from his unofficial property management experience are key to Guardian Property Management's success.

Phillip and his family live in Toledo. His favorite spots are Oak Openings Park and the Toledo Zoo. In his free time, he loves working out, gardening, and doing improv comedy.
